Thanks for your interest in our events. All contributions to WSAID are donations and help support the cost of hosting our events and programs. Registration to our events automatically provide WSAID membership and its benefits for one year. You will need to review the form, select your membership level and make a payment using a credit card through the DONATE button using PAYPAL. PAYPAL will ask you to confirm the total first, then enter the card information. Once you submit payment, you will receive a confirmation number from PAYPAL provided on your receipt. Please fill out the form, add this confirmation number, accept the terms and submit. You will receive a confirmation email indicating you are sucessfully registered for the forum/symposium.
